Katherine Cooper’s Presentation on Hatcher Pass Accident

Katherine Cooper, MCA’s Treasurer, is an active member of the Alaskan climbing community. A little over a year ago, she was in a lead climbing accident while climbing in Hatcher Pass. This accident left her seriously injured and required a technical helicopter rescue by the Alaska Air National Guard. Katherine shared an incredible presentation during our January General Member Meeting about her story of the accident, recovery, and how she is moving forward. Below is the link to the meeting recording.
